The Denver Board of Realtors hosted the annual Realtor Roundtable Awards Luncheon to honor and celebrate the success of many hard working residential real estate brokers in Denver. The top award went to Jim Theye, Managing Broker for Kentwood City Properties. Jim has been a leader in the Denver real estate market and Managing Broker/Owner with his wife Dee Chirafisi since 1999. Jim and Dee have also lived in many of Denver's most central and hip neighborhoods. Their office took the #2 award for offices with 31-50 brokers.
Kentwood Denver Tech Center won the #1 spot for offices 51-99 and Kentwood Cherry Creek was #3!
Janet Kritzer, Fuller Sotheby's, won the top honor of #1 for the year 2009!
An interesting fact about these honorees, all made a major change in their lives. Janet Kritzer was a previous success in the commercial office/retail furniture industry, Jim Theye was an exploration Geologist and Dee Chirafisi had a previous career as a fitness trainer. Change is good!
