Happy 4th of July from NorthCreek. You may have noticed the Rooftop tent on our 2,200 sq foot terrace during the Cherry Creek Arts Festival. The developers and sales center hosted refreshing lemonades and ice water along with foods from Epicurean catering, even all American apple pie and ice cream. The second annual event was a well received respite from the heat of the holiday weekend and many guests received tours of the fabulous finishes in the Brownstones and Tower Condominiums along with the customizable options in the Couryard flats.
