Greening your own economy? On April 15th, as we review our investment strategies for the future, one strategy for a sound investment is a place you visit daily, the kitchen.
Steve Blank, owner of the Real Estate Libraries in the Cherry Creek Shopping Center wrote a piece for Luxury Home Magazine titled "Why Invest In The Kitchen?".
One of his talking points was the fact that the kitchen is one of the most important and expensive rooms in the entire residence. A good kitchen investment balances the luxury and quality of the home.
At NorthCreek, design and quality is the standard in all of our kitchens. The appliances bear names such as Wolf, SubZero and Asko and the fixtures are Dorn-Bracht. Hardwood flooring runs throughout the kitchen and eating spaces, stained concrete, granites and glass are the design materials for the countertops and the soft-touch cabinetry is alder wood. In the Brownstone units, the decks off the kitchen offer an outdoor living area with snow-melt systems on the deck surfaces and gas plumbing installed.
Stop by NorthCreek, check out the kitchens in our Tower Residences and Brownstones.
We are open seven days a week.
