The position will perform techniques and practices to support the most worthless movement of items through the supply chain. The ideal candidate will keep capability to parse data and market facilities for the present and future lead-time, and capacity of merchandise and consumer services.
Duties of the Role:
- Maintain buying schedules to determine appropriate product purchases and delivery timing
- Developing a long-term strategy to improve the supplier base for the assigned commodities and services
- Ensure effective supplier sourcing and vendor management regulations are used with best performance
- Control all inventory levels and tracking. Work closely with finance to run orders costs
- Administrate new device and product assortment
- Concentrating on procurement processes to support customer
- Communicate very closely with supply chain department to provide information regarding the competition, potential entrants, pricing changes and delivery issues
Experience & Skills:
- Ability to identify, resolve a wide range of technical and none-technical issues
- Ability to read and comprehend simple to complex instructions and correspondence
- Ability to work independently, communicate internally
- Advanced Microsoft Office software experience for timely reporting
- Ability to hoist up to 15 pounds and sometimes lift or move up to 35 pounds
- Valid driver�s license is required
- 21+ years old; U.S. citizenship
- No relocation is essential
