Chef Grant Achatz, of the famed Alinea restaurant in Chicago, will be selling tickets for admission for his newest restaurant, Next. If the restaurant is anything close to Alinea, the tickets will sell quickly, reservations made. Using grapes from 2002, the Kenzo Estate is selling four wines at top price, with names attached such as the winery tasting room's chef Thomas (French Laundry) Keller.
